Send us a message
Every message goes to the person who runs Pathway Eleven and is answered personally. If your question is about a child's account, please write from the email address the account was created with, because that is what lets us find it without asking you for anything else.
Thank you. Your message has been sent.
It has reached us and we will reply to the address you gave. If you need to add anything in the meantime, email info@pathwayeleven.co.uk.
If the form does not work on your device, email info@pathwayeleven.co.uk instead. It reaches exactly the same place.
What happens to what you send: your name, email address, phone number and message are stored so that we can reply to you, and used for nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list from this form. Full detail is in the Privacy Notice.
Answers you may not need to wait for
Several of the questions we are asked most often already have written answers, and reading one is faster than waiting for a reply.
- What it costs and what is included. One plan, one price, every subject: see the pricing section.
- What the 11 plus actually is. What is the 11 plus? explains who sits it, what it covers and how the marking works.
- Whether it is too early to start. There are separate guides for Year 3, Year 4 and Year 5.
- A tutor or a programme. An honest comparison, including what a year of tuition costs.
- How your family's data is handled. The Privacy Notice and the Safeguarding page say what is collected, what is not, and how to have it deleted.
If something is wrong right now
If you have a safeguarding concern, the Safeguarding page carries the numbers to call and does not depend on us being awake. If you want an account and everything in it deleted, say so in a message and it is done; you do not have to give a reason.
If you think a question in the app is wrong, the quickest route is the report control inside the app itself, because that flags the exact question and takes it out of your child's progress immediately. Telling us here works too, it is just slower.
Where to go next
- How to prepare for the 11 plus, the full parents' guide to timing, routine and the four skill areas.
- The free Year 5 term planner, the three terms laid out as a sheet you fill in yourself.
- Online 11 plus mock tests, what a mock is for and how to read a result without panic.
- Frequently asked questions, the short answers about personalisation, progress and getting started.
- Pathway Eleven for primary schools, a free 11 plus guide a school can hand to its parents.
The first week is free, and the Starting Assessment tells you where your child actually is.
